DAVID COOK HAS MADE HIS FIRST APPEARANCE IN THE NATIONAL INQUIRER IN AN ARTICLE CALLED: IDOL WINNER BARES IT ALL!

Published by cherrylemonade at 6:35 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Basically the article claims that the “American Idol winner was trying on clothes at a “high-end Hollywood boutique” and didn’t pull the dressing room drapes. It goes on to say that, “When a salesgirl went to close the curtains so he could undress ‘in private’, Cook actually refused, saying he doesn’t like being,  ‘like…uh closed in.’”

Let’s start with the first reason I believe that this is totally fabricated; it is in the National Inquirer. It is common knowledge that you could find truer information on a roll of toilet paper than in the pages of that rag. However, lets for a second assume that there is always a possibility that even the trashiest of tabloids can happen upon a true story so remote, and for all accounts too useless to be carried by any publication of a higher caliber. Even using that kind of reasoning I would bet money that it isn’t true. The quote, if you can call it that, by Cook is stated as “like…uh closed in.”

David Cook is a self proclaimed “word-nerd.” He has used words such as “Negating, Contraband, Decipher, Solemn, Regression, Estranged, Proportion, Recollect, and Contradiction” in his song writing. If this story was true, he’s have come up with something like, “I have an aversion to confinements.”
