Things that you would learn from listening to David Cook’s interview with Kansas City radio personality Kelly Urich today.
1- HE really loves barbeque ribs (he’s mentioned them in at least 5 interviews)
2- There still are no set Tour dates, but the announcement should be coming “really soon”
3- Dublin the puppy’s name is supposed to be “obviously ironic.”
4- David’s mom (who has taken up a relationship with the DJ) will be calling in to talk about David tomorrow, and will probably do this often.
5- Oh yeah, he may be looking for a new girlfriend. Urich said, “You know acoustic shows are always good for getting girls numbers.” Cook’s response, “That’s what I hear.” Now I think that’s all the confermation any fan needs (and all Cook will give) that he and Ms. Caldwell are history. It’s not what he said but rather what he didn’t. He didn’t say (as he has in the past) anything about how that doesn’t matter to him since he has a girl friend.
